• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Usage data such as scan analytics from your TabbZ tiles

• Provide and maintain your TabbZ account and dashboard
• Send order confirmations and important service updates

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with service providers such as Stripe for payments and delivery partners for shipping. We use the Meta Pixel on shop pages for basic advertising page views and verified purchase events. If you accept optional advertising measurement, we also share advertising references, purchase value and currency, and a SHA-256 hash of your email address with OpenAI to measure which ads lead to purchases. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We do not share payment card details with OpenAI or Meta.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep our platform functioning. The Meta Pixel loads on shop pages for basic ad page views (and verified Purchase on the thank-you page after payment). Optional OpenAI advertising measurement is separate: choose Accept or Reject in the cookie notice, or change your choice using Cookie preferences. Until you accept, we do not load the OpenAI measurement pixel or send OpenAI conversion events. With consent, OpenAI uses __oppref (up to 30 days) and __obref (up to 365 days) to relate activity to ads. We remember your consent choice for up to 180 days and use an opaque checkout reference to connect a paid Stripe order to that choice. Our checkout attribution records expire after 30 days; conversion matching data is removed from our delivery queue once sent. Withdrawing consent stops future OpenAI measurement and cancels pending server events for this browser; it cannot recall events already delivered. Purchases can be completed without accepting optional OpenAI measurement.
